ARLINGTON -- Loraine Frances Sieber Penny, 90, passed away Sunday, Nov. 30, 2014, in Arlington. Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday in Wade Family Funeral Home Chapel, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Parkdale Cemetery, Arlington. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Loraine had been a resident of the Dalworthington Gardens area of Arlington all her life. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lewie Penny; parents, Welborn C. and Bertha Mae Hall Sieber; brother, Welborn Clarence "Junior" Sieber; and one grandson, David Penny. Survivors: Daughters, Kay Pearson of Arlington and JoAnn Haught of Idalou; son, Wally Penny and wife, Elaine, of Alvarado; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Karen Sieber; and a niece and a nephew of Arlington.
