ARLINGTON -- Lonnie Dean Beagles, 62, beloved husband, father, son and brother, passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 in North Richland Hills.
Funeral: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at First Church of the Nazarene, 1301 W. Green Oaks Blvd., Arlington. Interment: Woodside Cemetery, Grand Saline. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington.
Lonnie was born on June 19, 1952 in Grand Saline to Lon Junior Beagles and Ella Dean Grant Beagles. A resident of Arlington for the majority of his life, he was a member of First Church of the Nazarene. Lonnie graduated from Arlington High School in 1970. He retired from Sprint Telecommunications. Lonnie had worked in the family janitorial business for many years.
His hobbies included guns, hunting, woodworking and antique cars. He was an avid movie buff.
Survivors: Wife of 16 years, Donna Ruth Beagles; mother, Dean Beagles; sons, Ben Beagles and Loren Beagles and fiance, Amanda Water; step-daughter, Jodi Leonard and husband, Adam; stepsons, James Laing and wife, Alison and Jared Laing and wife, Tobi; brother, Lynn Beagles; 15 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends, including aunts and uncle, and cousins.
