ARLINGTON -- Lillian E. Adams, 84, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016.
Funeral: 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 1, 2016 at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, with Pastor Paul Kozar officiating.

Lillian was born on November 19, 1931 in Lavaca County, Texas to John and Lena Reiss. Lillian grew up in Yoakum, Texas where she started a family. After several interesting jobs, Lillian settled in as working as an LVN, where she was able to demonstrate her strong passion for helping others. She then retired to spend time at Possum Kingdom Lake. Lillian enjoyed gardening, baking and spending times outdoors. Lillian's love of all animals was special to watch. While living at PK Lake, Lillian would have all of the neighborhood dogs visit her on a daily basis. Her sense of humor was unique and she continued to exhibit a strong, playful personality until her very last days. Lillian's bright blue eyes and infectious smile will be remembered by many.
Survivors: Lillian is survived by her 3 daughters, Barbara, Billye, and Kathy and her son, Johnny, children-in-laws, Harlan, Steve, Derk, and Shelley, grandchildren-Jacquie, Denyse, Preston, Josh E, Saundra, Josh G, Wendy, Mandy, Casey, Kacey, Rocky, Daniel, Matthew, Christopher, Chris and 12 great-grandchildren, all of whom will dearly miss her.
