Kristy Lynn Joeckel

ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- Kristy Lynn Joeckel, 53, passed away on Saturday, August 20, 2016. Memorial service: 3 p.m. Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church, 308 W. Park Row Dr. in Arlington with the Rev. Russell Hildebrandt and Dr. David Joeckel officiating. There will be a reception at the church immediately following the service. Visitation: 2 to 3 p.m., prior to the service at the church, where she was a member. Kristy was born on April 22, 1963, in Austin to Charles Gayle and Kathryn Anderson Gayle. She was raised in Farmers Branch and graduated from R.L. Turner High School. Kristy graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. She was a licensed CPA and member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors: Son, Christian Tobias Joeckel; daughters, Jordan Kathryn Joeckel and Hannah Marie Joeckel; brothers, Chuck Gayle and Scott Gayle; sister, Courtney Gayle; and father of her children, Mark Joeckel.
