Kimberly Ann Cross

Kimberly Ann Cross passed away peacefully and without pain on April 14th, 2024, and went to be with our Lord at the too young age of 62. She was a four-time cancer survivor and battled until the very end. Kim is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Larry (Bat), her daughter Kallista and her kooky dachshund, Beanie.

She is lovingly remembered by her father, Roland, of Arlington and her brother, Brad, his wife Alissa, their son, Alex and daughter, Meagan of Grand Prairie and many other family and friends. She was predeceased by her mother, JoAnn.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Mansfield Methodist Hospital, Heart to Heart hospice and to Wade Funeral Home for their kindness.
Visitation and a remembrance service will take place at Wade Funeral Home on Friday, May 10th, 2024 at 1:00 PM with a celebration of life to follow.

The service will be live-streamed and recorded for those that cannot attend.

After 18 assignments as an active military officer and dependent she considered Southeastern Virginia home and will be interred in the Veteran’s Cemetery in Hampton, VA in the future to rest eternally and eventually with Larry.
