Katherine Zoe Richardson

Katherine Z. Traxson Richardson, 75, went to be with The Lord on August 10, 2017. Memorial service is 2:00pm, Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington, TX . Katherine was born January 4, 1942 in Clovis, NM. She began her career as a hairdresser in Farwell, TX where she worked alongside her mother. She moved to Fort Worth in 1969 and owned her own salon, Katherine and Co., on the Eastside. She served many loyal customers and families throughout her career and made many a friend along the way. After her retirement, she was co-owner of an art gallery, Two Grey Hills. She also worked briefly as a caregiver and real estate agent. Katherine is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Cox, and grandchildren, Geordon, Rylee and Kyra. Also, a sister and brother-in-law, Lavoyda and Leonard Williams, loving nieces and a nephew, cousins and dear friends. Wade Family Funeral Home 817-274-9233
