Karolyn Ann Gage

Karolyn “Karol” Ann Gage was born in Colo, Iowa on October 3, 1936 as an only child raised on a farm by her deceased parents, Harry and Leona Maier. She entered Heaven's gates on March 16, 2017. She passed away due to health complications. Karol was a talented seamstress, homemaker, and a green thumb. She also enjoyed reading, dancing, and traveling. Over the years she collected a large collection of books. She loved watching the Dallas Cowboys on TV and collected their articles. Karol lived life to the fullest and cherished the relationships of those closest to her. She molded her four children into strong, independent individuals. She passed away a month shy of her 59th wedding anniversary with her beloved husband, Robert Keith Gage. She is survived by her three daughters, Denise Gage and her husband Ronny Abrams, Roberta Gage, and Rebecca “Becky” Gage and a son, David Keith Gage. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Peter Case and his wife, Devynn Case, Paige Case, Alana May and her husband Kevin May, Zamica Gage, Joviah Gage, Joel Gage, Colt Gage-Adams, Andaz Gage-Tsai, and Gisele Gage-Adams. She had two great grandchildren, Lucas Case and Zachary May. A funeral service celebrating 80 years of her life will be in the chapel at First United Methodist Church, Arlington, TX on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Minister John Leonard officiating.
