Justino Nieto Lara, 58, of Arlington, went to heaven Sunday, November 8, 2020.
He was born to the late Wilfrido Nieto Acosta and Maria Felix Lara, July 1, 1962 in Villa Hidalgo, San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Justino spent a large portion of his life working as a foreman in a construction company out of Mansfield, Texas. He met his surviving wife in the late 80s and have built a beautiful life since then.
He was the father to three girls - Luz, Maira and Samantha. His girls were his pride and joy. Justino enjoyed his family being together and lived for gatherings during the holidays. He was a huge storyteller and would always find a way to make them as exciting as possible, even if it was not the first time he had shared them. He loved making people laugh and always made them feel welcomed where ever he was present. You could not leave the house and not eat. Justino also loved taking afternoon walks with Teddy, the family dog and naps with the cats. He was loving, selfless, caring and humble.
Towards the end of his journey, he finally got the chance to care for the baby boy he always wanted – his grandchild Ezekiel. Justino loved babysitting and spoiling Ezekiel, and was the best cuddle buddy for his grandchild.
Justino is survived by his wife Martina Mendez and three children: Luz Avina, Maira Nieto and Samantha Mendez, of Arlington, Texas. He is also survived by one grandchild and one that is making its arrival in April.
