ARLINGTON -- Juanita Maravich, 94, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in Arlington. Memorial Service: 4:00 p.m. Saturday at Woods Chapel Baptist Church, 2424 California Lane, Arlington with Rev. Eric Armstrong officiating. Juanita was born on April 22, 1922 in Gainesville to David Stevenson Pool and Mary Eva Rich Pool. She is preceded in death by her husband, Milam "Mike" Maravich; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters. Survivors: Sons, Milam Maravich and wife, Linda and John Maravich and wife, Sandy; daughter, Pennie Blossom; brother, R.L. Pool and wife, Joan and Steve Pool; grandchildren, Michael, Lori, Kendyll, Mindi, Stacia, Milam, Lisa,Johnny, Natalie, Chrissy, Jana, and Dustin; her beautiful great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
