John Wesley Cheatham

John Wesley Cheatham, 31, of Arlington, Texas passed away at his home on Tuesday, May 31, 2022. He was born on December 27, 1990 in Arlington, Texas, a son of Thomas and Mari (Winer) Cheatham. He was united in marriage to Kayla Trusty on June 27, 2008 in Arlington, Texas.

He was a 2009 graduate of James Martin High School in Arlington, Texas. John was currently stationed with the Untied States Air Force in Jefferson City as the local recruiter. He enjoyed gaming, especially Real-Time Strategy and was a Dungeon Master in the Dungeons and Dragons network. Most of all he loved his family and making memories with them. He will be greatly missed.

John is survived by his wife, Kayla; girlfriend, Angela Cantu; mother, Mari Winer-Crawford (Wayne); children, Tyler, Serenity and Aiden Cheatham; brothers, Stephen Cheatham and Josh Huebert; step-brothers, Josh and Taylor Crawford; step-sister, Casey Nicole Campbell; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Cheatham.

Friends will be received from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors
