John Steven Guzejka

John Guzejka “Rocky,” age 60, passed away on Wednesday April 11, 2018. Rocky was born on July 4, 1957 in Lynn, Massachusetts to Stanley and Dorothy Guzejka. He grew up in Massachusetts and was the only sibling to leave the state. He left for Texas after high school and made a home in Arlington, Texas with his children. He worked for The City of Dalworthington Gardens for 30 years and TSA for 10 years. He retired in March of 2018. He was a wonderful brother, an amazing single father, a proud grandfather and, a loving partner, and a great friend to all. He had a larger than life persona, loved outdoor adventure and travel, all things music (record collection and going to concerts), spending time at the beach, Sports (especially the Red Sox), collecting antiques, and last but not least spending time with family. We will miss him with all of our hearts. He was preceded in death by his father Stanley Guzejka, mother Dorothy Guzejka and by his sister Elaine Mahon.
