Jerry Edward Gee

Jerry Edward Gee, 80, passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021 in Mansfield. Jerry was born on October 3, 1940 in Littlefield, Texas to Elbert Edmund Gee and Willie Wanda Walling Gee. He was raised in Amherst, Texas and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Jerry graduated from West Texas State University in 1965 where he played football. He was a member of ATO fraternity. He was a longtime farmer and rancher living in Spearman, Texas. He married Earlyne Taylor on March 4, 1966 in Dimmitt, Texas and they were happily married. He also lived in Hillsboro and Austin. He retired to his ranch in Wills Point, Texas in 2001. After he sold the ranch, he moved to Weatherford and finally to Mansfield. Survivors: Daughter, Cammye McKee and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Emilye Gee Clark and husband, Rylan and Sutton Taylor McKee and wife, Sarah; great-grandchildren, Ledger Clark and Bhahula McKee.
