Jerry Blazek

ARLINGTON -- Jerry Wayne Blazek, 69, passed away Monday, Dec. 19, 2016, in Arlington. Memorial service: Noon Thursday, Dec. 29, at Crossroads2035 Church, 5001 S. Freeway, Fort Worth, 76115, with Pastor James Meredith and the Rev. Robert W. Perryman Jr. officiating. Jerry was born Oct. 9, 1947, in Whitesboro to Leo Blazek and Edna Chance Blazek. He attended Grayson County College. Jerry retired from Kroger as a store manager. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Siblings, Lavern Morrell of Colorado Springs, Colo., Bobby Blazek and wife, Becky, of Arlington and Kay Foster and husband, Robert, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and several nieces and nephews.
