James Stephen Rosenbaum

James Stephen Rosenbaum, born on April 9, 1943, passed away at the age of 79 on November 17, 2022. He was born and raised in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1962 and served his country for three years. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Sales and Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma. Steve, as he was known by family and friends, married Rebecca Ann Borden in 1967 and worked in sales for many years. Steve, Rebecca, and their son, Lance moved to Lewisville, Texas in 1984. He continued his career in sales working for Reeder Distribution of Oil and Fuel until retirement. He was an avid car enthusiast and enjoyed watching car racing weekly. Steve is survived by his wife Rebecca, his sons, Lance (Margaret) of Cedar Hill, TX and Randy (Leesa) of Shawnee, OK. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law, and friends. Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Duard and Mary, and his two brothers, Duard Jr. and Jack. Burial service will take place at DFW National Cemetery on Tuesday, December 20 at 11:00 a.m.
