FORT WORTH -- James Louis "Jim" Wells, 71, passed away Monday, June 4, 2012, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 4400 W. Arkansas Lane, Arlington. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W Pioneer Pkwy, Arlington. Jim was born August 9, 1940 in Prescott, WI to Harold and Mary Goeswich Wells. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Harold Byron Wells Jr., and a daughter, Tammy. Survivors: Wife of 44 years, Eileen Wells; sons, David Wells and wife, Jackie, Stephen Wells and Matt Wells and wife, Laura; daughter, Becky Moerbe and husband, David; brothers, Mike Wells and wife, Elizabeth, Pat Wells and wife, Karen, Tom Wells and wife, Liz; sisters, Janice Schaefer, Claudia Merritt and Cynthia Miegal and husband, Bill; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
