James Edward Holbert, 89, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 in Arlington. Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: 1:30 p.m. at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. James was born on July 8, 1929 in Columbus, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Air Force. James worked as a Quality Engineer in the Aerospace industry. He was preceded in death by: his wife, Shirley Holbert; daughter, Sharon Holbert; and siblings, William Reginald Clark, Ada Blanch Holbert, Naomi Holbert, Gloria Holbert, Anna Ruth Holbert, Fredia Magdazene Holbert, Luther Holbert, Carl Edwin Holbert, Phyllis Lorene Holbert, and Dorothy Mae Holbert.
