Mr. James Bryan "Jim" Pettus

James Bryan “Jim” Pettus, 61, passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at his home in Ft. Worth.

A family graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 21st at Grand Prairie Memorial Gardens.

Jim was born on November 17, 1960 in Biloxi, Mississippi to Harry and Marie Pettus. He worked in construction and also many years as a disaster insurance adjuster.
His work involved much travel which took him to many parts of the country. He was a sports fan and enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys. He also liked listening to classic rock and watching history documentaries. He helped care for his mom and dad in their later years. Jim professed his faith in Christ as a young boy and was baptized. He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.

Jim was preceded in death by his father, Harry Pettus.

Survivors include his mother, Marie Pettus, brother, David Pettus and wife, Vickie, sister Debbie Bond and husband, Ron, sister, Lori Yost, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
