Jackie Louise Colburn

Jackie Louise Colburn, age 75, passed away on July 19, 2023 in Arlington, Texas.

Jackie was born on August 13, 1947 in Saltillo, Texas to James William Peugh and Betty Joy Underwood Peugh. Jackie graduated from Arlington High School.

Jackie loved to crochet and was always involved with activities at church. She was an avid foodie and loved to cook for her family. She enjoyed going to movies, watching TV and listening to music and was very active on social media…she especially enjoyed watching TikTok clips and scrolling through Facebook.

Jackie had an adventurous spirit! She liked to drive fast and always enjoyed trying new things…she was always ready to go wherever and whenever. She made people laugh and will be remembered for her quick wit. Jackie will be remembered most of all for the way she loved her family…she loved each one of them individually for who they were.

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, James William Peugh and Betty Joy Peugh; her brother, Johnny Peugh; granddaughter, Cori Cabal and nephew Eric Peugh.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Colburn; children, Tonya Cabal and Coby Colburn; grandchildren Meaghan, Dalton, Jacob, Cooper & Casey; great grandchildren Sophia, Baron, and Otto; brothers Leon Peugh and wife, Bobbie, Bill Peugh, and sister in law, Deborah Peugh; and several nieces & nephews.

There will be a visitation for Jackie at Wade Family Funeral Home on July 27, 2023 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. A Memorial Mass will be scheduled at a later date.
