Henry Misquez Jr., 62, passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 in Arlington.
Funeral: 4:00 pm Saturday, January 20, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2010 S Carrier Pkwy, Grand Prairie. Interment: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington.
Henry was born on December 23, 1955 in Phoenix, AZ to Henry Misquez Sr. and Frances Munoz Misquez. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Henry was a resident of Arlington and Grand Prairie for the past 36 years. He was an active member of LDS Grand Prairie 2nd Ward and Irving Stake. He worked as an electronic engineer for Centralized Production for many years.
He was an avid sports fan and collector of sports memorabilia. Henry was a good husband, father, grandfather and friend. He loved his pets and dogs, especially Gardo.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors: Wife of 40 years, Claire Misquez; sons, Jason, Henry III, and Christopher; daughters, Michelle, Lisa, Heather, Amy and Hesper; mother, Frances Misquez; brothers, Richard, Christopher, Robert and Alex; sister, Cathy; 19 grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends he loved.
