Henry Francis Mccloskey

Captain Henry F. McCloskey, USN Reitred, was bron in Jermyn, PA in 1938 to Helen and Harry McCloskey. Hank had one brother and three sisters. Survivors: Sisters, Maryalice Starzan and Margaret Franks; Hank was married to Mary Frison McCloskey for 54 years; 5 children and grandchildren, daughter, Cathleen Mary and husband, Paul Hartmann and their sons, Matthew and Christopher; daughter, Denise DeBenerdini; daughter, Susan McCloskey and her sons, Scott McCloskey and Captain Michael McCloskey, Dallas Fire Department and wife, Sharon Prejean McCloskey; daughter, Sydney; daughter, Madelyn and son, Collin. Henry (Hank) spend 25 years service in the USS Navy as a fighter pilot serving on the USS Roosevelt and John F. Kennedy aircraft carriers. After retiring from the military, Hank spent the next 26 years at American Airlines as a flight instructor. After a long illness, he found relief when he was called home on Memorial Day, May 28, 2018 Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Sunday, June 3, 2018 with a rosary beginning at 7 p.m. at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Funeral Mass: 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 4, 2018 at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Arlington.
