Harold Milo Beebe Jr. passed away peacefully on July 15, 2024, surrounded by his loving family at his home in Arlington, Texas.

Born on January 20, 1929 in Denver, Colorado, Harold was the cherished son of Harold Milo Beebe and Betty Iola Triplett Beebe.

Following his graduation from high school in Warrensburg, Missouri, Harold proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean conflict for four years, demonstrating his patriotism and sense of duty.

In 1953, Harold embarked on a lifetime of love with his wife, Betty Louise Woodard, by his side. Their union was a testament to enduring love, triumphs, and unwavering support, creating a lasting legacy of commitment and devotion. They remained married for 65 years until Betty’s death in 2018.

Harold was a dedicated individual who worked diligently in various technical fields, showcasing his talents as an auto mechanic, airplane mechanic, and computer technician over the years.

In 1969, Harold made a pivotal move to Texas, where he built a life filled with love and joy. He was a devoted father to his daughters, Joy and Jill, who brought infinite happiness and meaning to his life. Later in life, Harold was blessed with three grandchildren – Matt, Carrie, and Kyle – who became the light of his later years, along with his beloved great-grandchildren, Addy, AJ, Eleanore, and Maggie.

Family and friends are invited to honor and celebrate Harold’s life at 11:30am on Tuesday, July 30 at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas. A committal service will be held that afternoon at 1:30pm at DFW National Cemetery where an Air Force Honor Guard will render Military Honors.

As we reflect on the life of Harold Milo Beebe Jr., let us remember him not with sadness but with gratitude for the love, laughter, and memories he shared with us all. May his legacy continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
