Hannelore Klara Watkins, 84, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 in Arlington.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday, June 24, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Visitation: 9-10 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Hannelore was born on September 13, 1937 in Gorlitz, Germany to Artur Ernest Kruger and Agnes Frieda Klara Schellschmidt Kruger. She moved to Arlington, Texas in 1971. Hannelore raised an army of 11 children. She enjoyed gardening and collecting Hummels and other figurines. She dearly loved her family and spending time with them.

Survivors:  Seven sons, Randolph Watkins, Frank Watkins and wife, Sandra, Harold D. Watkins, David Watkins and husband, Andrew Harman, Jerry Watkins and wife, Keitha, Robert Watkins and wife, Michelle, and James Watkins and wife, Jennifer; four daughters, Isabella Hitchens and husband, Stephen, Angela Smith and husband, Kenneth, Christine Jacob and husband, Scott, and Andrea DePeo and husband, Marc; brother, Peter Kruger and wife, Linda; numerous grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren.
