ARLINGTON -- Glen Elgin Wilkerson, 77, passed away Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016, in Arlington. Memorial service: 3 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, with Pastor David Jenkins officiating. Glen was born on May 22, 1938, in East St. Louis, Ill., to John Elgin Wilkerson and Wilma Madeline Perry Wilkerson. He was a devoted husband and father for 54 years. Glen served as a medic in the Air Force Reserves. Survivors: Wife, Carole Wilkerson; daughters, Karen Ritz and husband, Howard, and Linda Fielder and husband, Shawn; son, Michael Wilkerson and fiancee, Hope Humphries; grandchildren, Connor and Erin Twohey, Madeline and Sophie Fielder, and Johnathan Wilkerson.
