Gina Lynn Blackburn Jackson

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Gina Lynn Jackson. Born on November 8, 1959, Gina departed from this world on March 6, 2024 and is now resting in Heaven with the love of her life Big Richard. She is survived by her loving sons Nicholas Rucker Sr. (Cynthia), Richard Jackson III (Rhonda), daughters Natalie Jackson, Brianna Wilson, grandchildren, Nicholas Rucker Jr., Jayden Lynn Rucker, Davien Rucker, Elijah Chavarria, Aliya Forbit, Amira Forbit, Xavier Setna, Jazlyn Gomez, Bianca Gomez, two great-grandchildren and her brother Michael Blackburn (Deanne).

Gina was a woman of incredible strength, remarkable resilience, and unwavering love for her family. Her nurturing spirit and devotion to motherhood were unparalleled, bringing light and joy to all those around her. Known for her great sense of humor and infectious laughter, Gina left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A Memorial Service to honor and celebrate Gina’s life will be held at Wade Chapel on March 10, 2024, at 2:00 pm. This gathering will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together, share cherished memories, and pay tribute to a woman who touched so many lives with her kindness and love.

In her memory, let us carry forward Gina’s legacy of compassion, humor, and unwavering love. Though she may no longer be with us in person, her spirit will forever live on in our hearts. May she rest in eternal peace
