Gerry Ann Littlejohn, passed away December 24, 2020 in Arlington. She was born in Brownwood, Texas on August 6, 1936. She graduated from Abilene Christian College. She was so blessed to have adopted 3 children whom she used to tell that she didn't "have" them, but that each one was handpicked. She loved her children and had a special kind of heart, bigger than the state of Texas, and full of love. She was a member of Southside Church of Christ. She was so proud to be "Grandma Gerry" when she was blessed with her grandchildren. Her family meant everything to her and she would never turn anyone away. She was full of knowledge and wisdom. She is loved by all who knew her and she will be hugely missed. Graveside Service: 12:00 Noon, January 18 at Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: 10:30 -11:30 a.m. prior to the service at Wade Family Funeral Home, Arlington. Pallbearers are John DeAlba, Anthony Holguin, Julius Ervine, Jose Cervantes, Trenton Brooks Littlejohn and Trey DeAlba. Gerry is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Littlejohn; father, Victor Charles McElyea; mother, Pallie Ophelia McElyea; sisters, Jean Parker and Carolyn Wilemon; son, John DeAlba; daughter in law, Mary DeAlba; step son, Stuart Littlejohn; and son in law, Brian Hindman. She is survived By her son, Jay DeAlba; daughter, Julie Hindman; step daughter, Missy Tester, amd step son, Joe Littlejohn; grandchildren, Toni Ann DeAlba, John & Meme DeAlba, Jessica & Julius Ervine, and Leigh Ann Hindman & Jose Cervantes; great grand children, Lindsey, Anthony, Alyssa, DJ, Trey, Jayla, Ashten, Tarynn, Sophia, Sophie, Stella and Trenton.
