Geraldine Cathleen "Geri" Simeone

PANTEGO -- Geraldine Cathleen "Geri" Simeone, 80, passed away Friday, Dec. 30, 2016, in Pantego. Funeral: 1 p.m. Thursday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Geri was born Feb. 13, 1936, in New Haven, Conn., to Raymond Morse and Cathleen Wilson Morse. She attended Southern Connecticut State Teacher's College. Geri relocated to Texas in 1966 to the Dallas area and moved to Arlington in 1970. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, arts and crafts, and various volunteer work. She loved spending time with her family. Geri was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy; and brother, Buddy. Survivors: Husband of 59 years, Bob Simeone; sons, Bob Simeone Jr. and wife, Kelli, David Simeone and wife, Teresa, and Michael Simeone; sisters-in-law, Glen Morse and Frances Sonnenreich and husband, William; grandchildren, Robert "Trey" III, Shaylee, Dani, Alexander and Sydney; and great-grandson, Robert "Tuck" IV.
