Gerald Dean McCoy, 87, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013 in Arlington. Gerald was born July 16, 1925 in Casey, Iowa to Adam and Emma Fitzgerald McCoy. Funeral: 3 p.m. Thursday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Gerald is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Allene Carole. Survivors: Wife, Peggy McCoy; sons, Alan McCoy, Brian McCoy and wife, Tracy, John McCoy and Kevin McCoy; daughters, Debbie Stevenson and husband, Tom and Carolyn Dehetre and husband, Mike; 11 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
