Wanda “Fern” Black Cagle, 84, passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 in North Richland Hills, Texas Service: Friday, February 16, 2018, 1:00 a.m., Grace Church, 4740 Western Center, Haltom City, Texas, 76137. Fern was born on March 11, 1933, in Muleshoe, Texas to Ray and Zida Mae (Haines) Black. She worked for 30 years in Personal Senior Care.
