Ernesto Hernandez, 65, died in Mansfield, TX on October 12th, 2017 of natural causes after a 6 year struggle following a car accident. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, October 15, at Wade Family Funeral Home, Arlington. Service: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, at Arlington North Seventh Day Adventist Church. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Ernesto was born in Juan Aldama, Zacatecas, Mexico to Tomasa and Francisco Hernandez on November 7, 1951. He married Maria Ollarzabal on January 19, 1974. He spent most of his career in the United States as a mechanic. He was an avid cook, builder, and tinkerer of machines. His family fondly remembers him with a grin on his face and grease under his nails. Above all else, he cherished spending time with his family. His family looks forward to seeing him again in heaven. Ernesto was preceded in death by his father, Francisco Hernandez. Survivors: Mother, Tomasa Hernandez; wife, Maria Hernandez; son, Christopher Hernandez; daughters, Christina Hernandez and Rosario Matheus; 5 grandchildren; 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
