ARLINGTON - Dorthy Roach Hebert, 88, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, August 14, 2018. Celebration of Life: 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 17, Bethel Temple Church, 6801 Meadowbrook, Fort Worth, TX 76112. Graveside Service: 4:00 p.m., Wealthy Cemetery in Normangee, TX. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Thursday, August 16, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Dorthy was born in Crockett, Texas, May 14, 1930 to Rev. Edgar A. and Iva M. Ramey. Dorthy was actively involved in pastoral and lay ministry for many years, as well as administrative roles and was a faithful member of Bethel Temple Church of Fort Worth. She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved partners in life, Florn Hebert, Sr., and Rev. J. Ellsworth Roach, and her sisters Elsie Johnson and Evelyn Jones. Survivors: She is survived by her daughters, Diane McCrummens (Arlington), Carla Stewart and James Stewart (Granbury), Alisha Henderson (Mansfield), Sa-Leigh “Sam” Walker (Arlington), grandchildren, Jennifer Texta, Ashley and Kevin Loyd, Tara Molina, J. William Henderson, Timothy “TJ” Walker, great grandchildren Emily, Kylie, and Ava Texta, Kash, Kane and Krew Loyd, many honorary and extended who call her “Grandma Dorthy”, and P.H. and Margie Roach, brother and sister-in-law.
