Donald Ray Chambers, 62, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 in Pantego. Funeral: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 21, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday, September 20, at the funeral home. Don was born on April 27, 1957 in Oceanside, CA to Cloyd Wayne Chambers and Sandra Virginia Reed Chambers. He graduated from Arlington High School and attended Brigham Young University. He owned and operated Chambers Automotive for 30 years, a pursuit he had acquired since high school. Don was preceded in death by his father, Cloyd Wayne Chambers. Survivors: Mother, Sandra Chambers; wife of 39 years, Renee Chambers; son, Harley Chambers; daughter, Valerie Chambers and husband, Blake Egan; grandchildren, Jack Egan, Hank Egan; sister, Kara LeMay.
