FORT WORTH -- Diana Benavides Ruelas, 42, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014. Funeral: 10:30 a.m Monday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Visitation: Sunday from 3-5 p.m. with a rosary beginning at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth. Diana was born February 28, 1971 in Fort Worth. She was a longtime employee of the City of Fort Worth. Diana was a fun-loving person who enjoyed life. We will truly miss our sister. We had so many good times growing up together. Even though you are not here with us, you will never be forgotten and be in our hearts everyday. Dear sister we will see you again one day in heaven. Diana loved to sing, dance, and her job. Diana loved her baby girl Laura and will be looking over her as a guardian angel. Survivors: Daughter, Laura Alicia Ruelas; parents, Victor M. and Mary Torres-Benavides; sisters, Teresa and husband, Joel Luna, Vicky Benavides; nephews, Tristen and Noah Trevino and Chris Luna; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
