Dewey Leland Springman

Dewey Springman, 67, passed away on January 25, 2023, in Arlington, Texas.

Leland was born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania on March, 14, 1955.

A Memorial Service for Dewey Leland Springman will be held on February 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m, at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington.

Leland spent his early years in children’s homes in Pennsylvania as well as New York. Leland never met a stranger. He had many friends, made everybody laugh, was always there for his neighbors and served others always. He was always there for his neighbors and always checked on them. Leland was always happy and optimistic and always made others happy, too. Leland played the guitar and loved to fish. He loved country music, gospel quartets, and Gaither Vocal Band. His beloved wife, Joyce will greatly miss him always being there.

Leland was preceded in death by his mother, Sherril Pourchot (Walter).

He is survived by wife of 41 years, Joyce Springman; stepson, Ricky Crow; daughter, Vicki Gapinski; brother, Gary Springman and wife, Bonnie; niece, Christy Springman; and many cousins and extended family.
