Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Woodland West Church of Christ, 3101 W. Park Row Drive, Arlington. Interment: 3 p.m. Tuesday in Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta, OK. Memorials: Donations may be made to Hearts and Hands, C/O Woodland West Church of Christ, Arlington. Devyn is survived by his mother, Darlene F. Manning.
