David Curtis Tachell

David was born in Tacoma, Washington on January 28, 1953 to Lloyd and Anita Tachell. He passed away May 16 at Baylor Scott and White All Saints Hospital in Ft. Worth. Memorial service is Friday, May 25 at 11:00am at Grace Church, 4740 Western Center, Haltom City. He was a strong man of faith, he loved his Lord and Saviour, church and pastor, Colin Conner, whom was the last person to visit him in the hospital before his passing. He would get so excited in telling stories of leading people to the Lord. He attended Seminary and had hopes of being a pastor of a church, but his illness did not allow him to fulfill that dream. However, he would preach to whomever would listen. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd Tachell and Anita Fay Oliver Tachell, daughter Karen Knox, and grandson, Joey Williams. He is survived by his lovely wife, his pride and joy, Charlotte Dianne; daughter Sheila Williams and husband Billy; brothers, Harry Tachell, Lloyd (Buddy) Evans, and Gary Tachell; sisters, Karen Forbes and husband Tony and Myrna Walker; grandsons, Joshua and Michael Williams; and 3 great granddaughters.
