Dan Michael Bacon

Dan Bacon, 68, passed away at his home on Thursday, December 8, 2022 after a battle with cancer. Dan was born in Dallas, Texas on August 25, 1954 to Richard and Betty Bacon. He graduated from SMU and resided in Pantego, Texas.

Dan worked in transportation and logistics throughout his life. He enjoyed working in cities throughout Texas and overseas in countries such as Bosnia, Croatia, Afghanistan and Africa. Dan proudly served in the United States Navy for 18 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Betty Bacon.

Dan is survived by his wife, Terry; son and daughter in law, Chad and Lisa Bacon; daughter and daughter in law, Jennifer Bacon and Chelsea Nichols; precious grandchildren, Emery Bacon, Finn and Liam Bacon, who he adored; brothers, David Bacon and wife Susan, Randy Bacon.
