Clay Bennett

Clay Bennett, 64, passed away on June 6, 2022, in Arlington, Texas.
Clay was born on February 8, 1958, in Phoenix, AZ to Charles and Ann Bennett.
Clay graduated from Lamar High School and later received his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Texas at Arlington. Clay enjoyed writing songs, had an amazing singing voice and was always on the verge of creating the next big invention. He was a hopeless romantic, had a kind heart and was loved by all.
Clay was preceded in death by his father Charles. Survivors: Mother, Ann Bennett; sons, Colton & wife Caitlyn, Carson & Corbin; daughter, Callyn; brothers, Mark & wife Cindy, David & wife Karen; grandchildren, Crue, Charley, Copelyn and Calysta; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of life will be held on June 25th from 2-5 p.m. at Triple Creek Ranch, 5555 Old Brock Rd, Weatherford, TX 76087
