Christopher Todd Trowbridge

MANSFIELD -- Christopher Todd "Toby" Trowbridge, 38, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, in Mansfield. He has gone to take care of his favorite dog, Kirby, and be with his grandparents, Fred and Marydel Asbell of Georgia. Memorial service: 1 p.m. Saturday at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Toby was born February 8th, 1974 in Memphis, TN, to Larry and Melanie Trowbridge. He was employed by UPS for about 20 years. He was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity pledge class of 1992 and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.S. Biochemistry in 2000. Toby was a resident of Arlington for 36 years. Toby was a fun-loving husband, son, brother, uncle, stepfather and friend, and will be truly missed by all the lives that were touched by his. He knew the meaning of true happiness and the precious joys of life and love and was devoted to everyone who had the privilege to be a part of his life. Survivors: His loving wife, Shelley; stepchildren, Kendyl and Brendan; his loving parents, Larry and Melanie; siblings, Andy and wife, Lisa, Ryan and wife, Patty; his favorite niece in the world, Adison; and a host of other extended family and friends.
