Christopher Stephen Wallace

November 18, 1961 — June 20, 2024

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Christopher Stephen Wallace, a beloved son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather. Chris passed away peacefully at his home in Dallas, Texas on June 20, 2024.

Chris was born on November 18, 1961 in Los Angeles, CA to Phil Wallace and Sally Thompson. Known for his comical and tough exterior, Chris was a brilliant master plumber who owned his own plumbing company where his hardworking and “Mr. Fix It” personality shined through. He strove for excellence and was fearless in his pursuits, finding joy in thrill-seeking activities such as motorcycles, high-speed driving, and sailing.

We take great comfort in knowing that Chris accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized.

Chris was preceded in death by his parents Phil Wallace and Sally Thompson and his brother Ned Wallace.

Chris loved his family and his legacy will live on through his loving wife Cheryl Carpenter; his daughters Ashley Hall and Melissa Wallace; stepson Michael Montoya; stepdaughter Talina Netzer; his nine grandchildren Kaliyana Kheao, Soliyana Santos, Chris Santos, Noah Santos, Ivan Santos, Felix Santos, Ezekiel Roblaze, Teagan Hall, Caleb Hall, Michelle Montoya, LiLi Montoya, Cassie Netzer, and Alexandria Netzer; and his beloved dog, Olaf.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 5 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Wade Family Funeral Home & Crematory, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 3:00pm, also at Wade Family Funeral Home & Crematory.

If you would like to send flowers in Chris’s memory, please have them delivered to Wade Family Funeral Home.

May Christopher Stephen Wallace rest in peace, surrounded by the love and memories he shared with those who were fortunate enough to know him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering determination. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
