Christopher Clark, 48, passed away on May 24, 2023, in Arlington, TX.
Chris Clark was born on May 25, 1974 in Arlington, TX, to Gary Clark and Kathleen Clark.
Growing up, Chris was a known as being dependable, and a really good friend. He was a very involved in the Boy Scouts. Chris would carry his passion for them and pass it on to his son, Nolan.
Chris graduated from Arlington High School in 1992 and went on to attend college at Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches. In 1996, Chris volunteered to serve his country and follow his family’s footsteps and entered the United States Navy.
Chris married Hayley Sheppard on June 27, 1997 in Arlington, Texas. Their union produced three children, Paul, Mattie, and Nolan.
Chris was best known for his love and pride for his children. He was also known for his love of cruises, Hawaiian shirts, and all things Jimmy Buffet. Among his favorite ports of call included the Bahamas, the Cayman’s, and the Keys’. He also loved his Jeep “Mavis” and was a big Texas Ranger’s fan, too!
Chris is survived by his wife Hayley Clark of Arlington, children Paul, Mattie, and Nolan, mother Kathleen Hicks, sister Kelly Henshall and a host of extended family, friends and loved ones.
Chris is preceded in death by his father Gary Clark and stepfather Kenneth Hicks.
The service for Christopher Clark will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 4 PM at The Elk’s Lodge Ballroom at 601 West Pioneer Pkwy Arlington, TX 76010.
