Mrs. Charlotte Ann Harvey

Charlotte Ann Harvey, 77, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024, in Arlington.

Charlotte was born February 21, 1947, to Jack and Betty Walker, in Tylertown, MS. As a youngster, she grew up in Mt. Clemens, MI before moving to Arlington, TX. She was a graduate of AHS, class of 1964. She married her one true love, Wayne Glen Harvey, on June 21, 1965. She worked for the Arlington Independent School District in various roles before her retirement. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who always made sure everyone was taken care of. She loved babysitting her grandkids and attending their events as they got older. She had an infectious smile and always enjoyed a good laugh. Her life was one of service and generosity.
Charlotte is survived by her youngest son Brad Harvey of Arlington, her oldest son, Jeff Harvey of Fayetteville, TX and his wife, Cindy; her grandson Matthew Harvey of Arlington, her granddaughter, Vanessa Knackstedt of Shreveport, LA and her husband, Mark; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Harvey Knackstedt, Theodor Ruben Knackstedt, and soon to arrive Marigold Jane Knackstedt.

Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents, Jack, and Betty Walker; her husband of 52 years, Wayne Glen Harvey; and her sister, Jackie Barcroft.
