Charles Allen Williams

Charles Allen Williams, age 82, of Arlington, Texas, passed away on March 22, 2025, at his home in Arlington. He was born on April 23, 1942, in Vernon, Texas, to the late Ethyl Fennel Williams and Roy Williams.

Charles moved to Arlington in 1960 to attend Arlington State College (now the University of Texas at Arlington), where he earned an associate's degree in business. He embarked on a successful career, holding various jobs before finding a long-lasting position with Atlas Copco, where he worked for 28 years before retiring.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Charles was a gifted musician, known for his exceptional talent as a guitarist, banjo player, and drummer. He was an avid fan of country music, with Don Williams being his favorite artist. His musicality and love for country tunes brought joy to many throughout his life.

Charles was also a passionate animal lover and held a special place in his heart for the well-being of animals. He will be remembered not only for his musical talents and professional success but also for his kind heart, warm spirit, and devotion to his loved ones.

Charles is survived by his beloved sister, Regena Williams, and his special companion, Jan Morgan. He is also survived by many cousins and friends who will cherish his memory.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Charles's memory to the ASPCA, his favorite charity, to continue his legacy of caring for animals.

Charles will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on through his music, his compassion, and the many lives he touched during his time with us.
