Charles was born March 11, 1933 in Magnolia, MS to Ethel Lee Holbrooks and Oneal Jenkins.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors: Wife, Addrean Jenkins; sons, Charles, Michael and Antowine Jenkins; daughters, Jackie Gamble-Jenkins and Sharion Berryman; and sisters, Irene and Dorothy Jenkins.
