ARLINGTON-Charles H. Rhea Jr., 96, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 in Arlington. Graveside Service: 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 8, at Rough Creek Cemetery, Granbury. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday, April 7, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Charles was born on March 27, 1921 in Fort Worth to Charles Harry Rhea Sr. and Agatha Adams Rhea. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII as a plane mechanic. Charles was a long time employee of Sinclair and ARCO Pipeline Companies. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Rhea; sister, Francis Tomme; daughter, Rebecca Ann Harris; and grandson, John Robert Rhea. Survivors: Children, Robert A. Rhea of Huntsville, Dalton L. Rhea of Arlington, and Linda Carol O'Neil of Fort Worth; sister, Pat Justin of Wichita Falls; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
