Mr. Charles Frederick Faber Jr.

Charles Frederick Faber, Jr. “Chuck,” 87, a retired insurance executive, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones Monday, December 13, 2021, in Fort Worth, Texas.

A Funeral Service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Wade Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas. Graveside Services will e on Wednesday, December 22md at 9:00 a.m. at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Tx 75211.

Charles was born March 2, 1934, in Waterbury, Connecticut to Charles and Marjorie (Hayes) Faber. He graduated from Waterbury High School where he starred in Basketball, Football, and Baseball.  He graduated from Boston College University in 1956 with a degree in marketing. He worked his way thru college playing semi-professional basketball.  He served in the United States Army and the US Army Corps (Reserve).

He was married to Barbara Ann Hermann from 1959 until his death.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Carol Ryan. Survivors: wife Barbara, son, Robert Charles Faber and wife Peggy, daughter Karen Faber Humphries and husband Clay Humphries, son Charles Lewis Faber and wife Patti, grandchildren, Ryan Humphries, Greg Humphries, Sarah Humphries and fiancé Ernest Jr., Maggie Faber and husband Matt, Jenny Faber, and Robbie Faber, Arwen and McKennah Buckner.

Chuck was a wonderful father and husband, a devout Christian, and will be missed by all.
