Carra “Becky” Rebecca Smith, 58, passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2018 in Arlington. Funeral: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 8, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday, September 7, at the funeral home. Becky was born on June 7, 1960 in Waco to Billy Joyce Rash and Emma Jean Moulder Rash. She had resided in Arlington since 1984. She married Howard Ronald Smith on April 18, 1987. Becky was Director of the Humpty Dumpty Day School in Arlington. An avid race car fan, she loved to ride motorcycles. Becky was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joyce; and brother, Wendal. Survivors: Beloved husband, Howard R. Smith; son, Allen Suckla; daughter, Athena Montgomery and husband, Donald; brothers, Kevin Rash and wife, Whitney and Troy Rash; sister, Renee Dorris; grandchildren, Hunter Montgomery, Gavin Suckla and Ian Suckla; several nieces and nephews; adopted grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
