Carolyn Jean Pair

Carolyn Jean Pair, 74, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2018 in Arlington. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Parkway, Arlington. Interment: Five Mile Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 20, at the funeral home. Carolyn was born on June 21, 1943 in Dallas, Texas where she was raised, the oldest daughter of Milburn and Beatrice Timms. She lived most of her life in Dallas, Amarillo and Wichita Falls. She retired in 2004 with 12 years of service for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and moved to Arlington to care for her ageing mother. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Milburn and Beatrice Timms. She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Wright; daughters, Carrie Oakley and husband, Pete; stepdaughter, Laura Wright; sisters, Cathryn Jane Thompson and husband, Keith, and Martha Williams; grandchildren, Keenan Rook, Cassie Rook and husband, Manuel, Christa Rook; and great-grandchildren, Megan Lopez, Bailey Lopez, Gracie Lopez, Jaxon Lopez, Devin Pope, Layton Lopez, and Elliott Rodriguez; and two nieces.
