Carolyn Ann Barnard

Carolyn Barnard (80) passed away on October 23, 2022 in Arlington, TX after a short illness.

Carolyn was born to George and Irene Rudolph on August 3, 1942 in Hamilton, TX. Carolyn grew up in Pottsville, TX and graduated from Pottsville High School. She moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area shortly after her graduation and lived the remainder of her life there. Carolyn retired from the Grand Prairie municipal court.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Barnard and her brother Charles Rudolph. Carolyn is survived by her children; daughter and daughter’s husband Susan and Robert Montgomery, son Douglas Barnard and daughter Terri Price; grandchildren James Montgomery, Angel Harper, Evan Price and Preston Price; her siblings Margaret Maggard, Ruth Kelley, Emmie Weaver and Don Rudolph; numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service for Carolyn will be held at 11:00am on November 16 at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W Pioneer Parkway, Arlington, TX 76013 with a Reception immediately afterwards. Her graveside service and burial will be at the DFW National Cemetery that same day at 2:00pm.
