Carol Ann Sawyer Nordgaard, 78, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2020 in Arlington. Services: Private family graveside service at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. A Public Memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Carol was born on May 29, 1941 in Denison, Texas to Archie Sawyer and Dorothy Mace Sawyer. She was a dedicated employee of USPS for 32 years. She Carol Ann was a loving wife and mother; and faithful member of Mayfield Road Baptist Church. She loved spending time with family and crocheting and knitting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert.
