Carol Ann Deschak, 78, died on July 7, 2022 at her home in Arlington, Texas. Her husband and daughters were at her side.
A visitation will be held at Wade Family Funeral Home in Arlington, Texas from 6:00-8:00pm on Thursday, July 21 followed later by burial at the DFW National Cemetery.

Carol was born on September 14, 1943 in El Paso, Texas. She began her college career at the University of Oklahoma with an Associate Degree in Business. She earned a Bachelor Degree in Business and Education/Teaching from the University of Texas at Arlington. After attending college, she started her career with Department of the Army Doctrine Development and then the IRS. After having children and being a stay at home mom she began her teaching career with the Arlington Independent School District and was there for 20 years.
Carol enjoyed reading and politics and will be remembered most for the way she loved her family, pets and many friends.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, First Lieutenant Herman S. Neal and Esther Ellen (Browne) Neal and Stepfather N.K. Davis. Her father Herman served in World War II in the US Army 8th Infantry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division before giving his life on April 16, 1945.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years Raymond F. Deschak of Arlington, Texas, daughters Amy Rabozzi (John) and Jenny St. John (John), grandsons Vincent, Vance, and Anthony Rabozzi, Cale St. John and granddaughter Brooke St. John, and stepbrother James Davis, Sr.
